“Wait,” Syd’s voice broke through whatever he was thinking of saying to the staff, “handsome?”

Carmy’s flicked up so fast Richie was surprised his eyelids didn’t fly off his face.

“And tall.” Nat added miming fanning herself causing Richie and Carmy to roll their eyes.

“Yes. Yea. Most handsome mother fucker I’ve ever seen up close,” Richie admitted to the room with his hands up.

Or: An old friend of Sydney’s with a reputation of being charming and a staff poacher comes to The Bear. Obviously Carmy isn’t a fan of the most handsome motherfucker Richie has ever seen up close.

give me the sign: sydney meets the chefs behind the asl. carmy didn’t tell her they were married.

i don’t wanna look at anything else (now that i saw you): a soft morning in bed leads to a life altering question for sydney and carmy.

no big deal (i love you): carmy and sydney say i love you for the first time.

you put me on (and said i was your favorite): carmy lends sydney his sweater. its very distracting for them both.

as you wish: carmy denies richie and sugar everything they ask for. he doesn’t even know how to say no to sydney.

drunk on love (nothing can sober me up): carmy picks up a very drunk sugar and sydney. shenanigans ensue.

you said move on (where do i go): the bear celebrates the wedding of one of their own.

i love your handshake (meeting my father): sydney and carmy were dating for one week before her dad wants to meet him.

that should be me (feeling your kiss): sydney is dating. carmy handles it about as well as you could expect.

you’re the one i like best (i’m glad i found you): carmy lets syd know that she’s his favorite person.
