guy who learns about the heimlich maneuver and always thinks someone's choking and tries to do it every single meal. like imagine him sitting at the table eating dinner with two roommates (sitcom scenario, I know that doesn't happen in real life, people eat silently and alone) and you hear like the abrupt clutter of silverware and the sound of his chair quickly scooting back as he runs over and grabs his friend and starts jamming his fists into his ribcage and the guys like "blugh! stgfphh! stfpgh!" and he lets up enough that his friend can breathlessly explain he wasnt choking. and its a really traumatic experience for everyone honestly. and then the next day when they're eating he does it again. this time his friend sternly reprimands him and says he's basically never going to be choking, and to never do the heimlich maneuver on him again. he agrees, and he really does never do it again, but his friend is still nervous every time he eats with him for the rest of his life.
