(( I really just need to redo this whole blog whoops))
Hmmm… I’d prefer if you’d drop dead.
“I think if you have to ask then you’ve got a long ways to go before you know more about me.”
He arches his back a little as she leans in, leaning his head back before returning to normal with a flicker of a smile.
“Unless that’s what I want you to think.”
“Ask a stupid questions, get a stupid answer.”
“And you are here with me, aren’t you? Instead of...oh, down at Gotham City’s First Bank?”
“Give it time and I might be added to your list. But I guess that leaves the first option then, huh?”
“Do you plan on killing somebody I love?” Her voice drops, ice cold and venomous. Just as quickly, she bounces back, that cold, distant smile replaced and Lisa leans in closer to him.
“I’d say I’m doing excellently.”
“I’d say your job is either to distract me or to try and kill me. If it’s the latter then I’m wondering why you haven’t taken your shot.”
“You know I only want to kill one person.
--and your name isn’t Barry Allen.”
“And what’s to stop you from doing your job now?”
“What exactly do you think my job is, birdie?”
He shouldn’t be too surpised by the answer. “Then why ask?”
“I lied.
--The more I know about you, the easier my job becomes.”
gothamsredguardian Battered and bleeding, she phases in and out of reality, one moment incorporeal and floating, the next tripping across the rooftops and balconies of Gotham. It was a bad deal, all of it, from the start. She'll never hear the end of it from Len- if she survives.

"You want to be a hero? Is that it?"
"I want to make a difference. That’s it.”
“I’ve heard that from no less than a dozen people i’ve run into since I was Robin. It doesn’t get any more witty or clever.”
"Boring answers deserve boring responses, I guess."
"You want to be a hero? Is that it?"
"I want to make a difference. That’s it.”
"A difference?
That's cute."
"I'd say...about five minutes before the poison pumps through your body and shuts it down."
"You’re back—-I—- we did it Lisa. We saved the world, I helped save the world. For you!"
Eyes glimpse around, tracing the outline of the world around her. She feels heavy, anchored. The scratchy sheets around her legs and ankles might as well have been weights, for all it mattered to Lisa.
"...you want a medal or something? A parade?"
But she can't help but smile at him, anyways.
"Silently judging us?"
"I can do it outloud if you prefer."
