Archangel Prayer

I call upon Archangel Michael and his legions of Angels to clear all negative influences, from any source, within and around me and my family and home. Cleanse me and give me the courage and strength for the next phase of my life. Guide me along my highest path of greatest good. Show me the way.

I call upon Archangel Raphael and the legions of healing Angels to heal me on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – throughout all time frames and dimensions. Return my Body, Soul and Spirit to wholeness and balance.

I call upon Archangel Gabriel and the legions of messenger Angels to bring me messages, guidance, hope and inspiration that are perfect for me right now, in perfect ways, so that I will have all the loving guidance that I need right now.

I call upon Archangel Jophiel, and Angels of joy to lift my spirits and bring me joy, happiness, love, laughter, lightness of heart, and love of life.

I call upon Archangel Metatron, to purify my Spirit and my Life, and allow me to be a purer channel of God’s love and service to others. Bless my life in the highest and most appropriate ways.

I call upon Archangel Chamuel to heal, harmonize and bless all the relationships in my life, so that I may spread greater harmony, love and light upon the earth wherever I go.

I call upon the legions of Angels of Abundance to bring me all that I need for this journey through life, and shower me with appropriate abundance and riches in all areas of my life, so that I may serve fully, and so that others may see that those who serve the Light are truly blessed by God.

So mote it be. It is done. I thank you.🙏🙏🙏

Simple Beach Magic 1

  • Draw sigils in the sand and let the waves wash them away, charging them by both water and the destruction method at the same time
  • Take a shell, make a wish and toss it back into the water
  • Use sand to help in a grounding or shielding session
  • Salt and water are both common cleansing items, so go for a swim for a quick cleanse!

Nay I ask if you have any information on sea witches or storm witches, if there is such a thing? I've always felt called to storms, but I'm on mobile and can't sift through your blog. Sorry if I bother you!

Not a problem! I know mobile can be hard to navigate. There is such a thing as both sea witches and storm witches. I’ll try to compile some information on both for you.

The Importance of Salt in Witchcraft

In witchcraft, as in biology, you cannot survive without the use of salt. Salt is the ultimate purifying agent, and it has extensive ritual and spell usages that every single magick-using culture has come to recognise and use. Everything from Terry Pratchett to Supernatural has used salt in their work related to magic lore, and this is because it’s extremely common in real-world customs, traditions and rituals.

Important Witchy Facts About Salt!

  1. Salt is a cleanser. Salt is used when we cast circles and bless items; it is used when Sumo wrestlers purify the ring before a fight; it is used when a kitchen witch scrubs down their tabletop; it is used when a Christian priest wishes to cast out demons; it is used when a butcher wants to kill germs. Salt is the ultimate cleansing agent, killing not just microbes but malicious or negative magicks, holding them at bay and driving them out.
  2. Salt is a barrier. Salt lines around doors, windows, beds and even houses have been used for thousands of years as methods of driving back dark forces and keeping bad spirits at bay. Negative magick and bad spirits cannot cross a line of salt, and often touching it is said to be enough to kill them (or at least burn them). Scattering salt grains before a fae will force the fae to stoop to count every single grain, because they’re a bit obsessive and can’t leave it alone.
  3. Salt is cheap and safe. This is actually pretty important, because whilst some magickal items (like candles, pentagrams and athames) are kind of indisputably witchy, salt is not only cheap, safe and generally useful, it’s also something that you HAVE to have because humans NEED salt to survive. So, for those secret witches who might live at home with unaccepting parents, or in a country that does not permit witchcraft, it might be the only tool you can always have access to that won’t be questioned.
  4. Salt is versatile. You can use salt in all kinds of different rituals and practices, everything from cleansing a circle to blessing a wand to calling down a curse. Salt is something that has many potent ritual properties, and it’s an essential part of almost all magic.

Mineral salts:

Look. I’m not gonna judge if you want to use fancy pink salt or whatever. That’s your call. All I’m saying is, it’s really expensive and it’s literally no different to the cheap table salt you get from the shops. Magickally speaking, salt is salt. Magick doesn’t care if it’s Himalayan mountain salt or if it’s Woolies Homebrand table salt. Don’t waste your money! Honestly, it’s not worth it unless there’s a very specific reason to do so.

So, keep a stash of salt in your house! It’s an awesome thing to have for magick, and boy is it good to eat too!

☽Empath Protection Jar☾

I needed a jar like this for my gift for sooo long, being an empath is such a blessing and a curse. I’ve lately suffered through more problems taking in negative energy and I feel as though I need to add some protection regarding that. And I so did!

Ingredients:

  • A jar(small preferrably)
  • Chamomile infused olive oil - Peace and Security
  • Taglock of yourself (hair, blood, nail clippings)
  • A pinch of:
  • Salt - Purification
  • Black pepper - Protection
  • Basil - dispels weakness
  • Cinnamon - Strength
  • Sage - Purify
  • Clove - banish Negative forces
  • Coffee - dispel negative thoughts
  • Dandelion leaf - healing and defeating negativity
  • Bay - Healing, strengthening psychic abilities.

1. Invoke your deities or anything that can help you create it.

2. Put all of the ingredients together and while doing so you recite and repeat:

“I protect myself, As this gift can harm, Shall I be balanced, Give power to this charm.”

3. Once it’s together, seal it with wax (I chose black since it corresponds with absorbing negativity, purple works too.)

4. Visualize and meditate!

♡Sea Glass in Magick ♡

While I had gone to the beach with my best friend, a fellow witch who actually introduced me to the craft, I was looking along the sand to see if I discovered any items I could use for future spells. This is how I stumbled upon my first piece of sea glass and felt drawn to bring it home. However, I had never seen magick been done with sea glass and was unsure of how I could use it. So after some research, I discovered some uses for it.

The Elements

When you think about it, sea glass embodies many of the elements. Not only is glass forged by earth and fire, but sea glass is also then worn down by the powerful waves of the sea which can be further worn down depending if the water is salt water. Sea glass can be a good addition to the collection of an elemental witch, or simply to be used in a spell which requires the elements.

Energy

Sea glass holds the strong energy of the ocean within it, being rounded by the waves and experiencing the ocean’s power allows it to be an object of power. With this being noted, sea glass can be considered to be an object worth being used in enchantments and other spells. It is charged with the power of the ocean after all. If you feel that it has lost its charge, bring it back to the ocean to give it back that strong charge it once had.

Please be careful when recharging sea glass in the ocean though, for it can be easily lost if carelessly dealt with. A good idea would be to collect some of the ocean water in a jar and keep it at home to be able to put your sea glass within this jar whenever it needs charging.

Greek God/Goddesses

  • Amphitrite: Sea goddess and consort of Poseidon; Queen of the sea
  • Cymopoleia: A daughter of Poseidon and goddess of giant storm waves
  • Galene: Goddess of calm seas
  • Poseidon: Olympian god of the sea, king of the sea gods.
Sea glass can be associated with other sea deities of different pantheons as well.

Scrying

Many use sea glass for scrying whether it be looking into the glass itself. Sea glass is associated with the element of water allows for it to be good for intuition and psychic ventures.

Runes

Sea glass is good to be used for a rune set, you can use a sharpie, paint, etc. to mark the runes on them. These runes would be especially good for a sea witch or an elemental witch due to sea glass being associated with the elements of water, earth, and fire.
