Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, Fußballgott. 

As a big admirer of Bastian Schweinsteiger, it’s almost sad to see him turning 30. He’s at an age when retirement can happen at any moment and when it does, it will be a great loss to football. But it will not be greater than the beautiful moments he has also brought to the sport. Every pass and every victory that led to every win and every trophy will be remembered forever. 

But Bastian Schweinsteiger is the fußballgott and he’s still got a lot of beautiful football to show the world. 30 with the body and mind of a 20 year-old. Keep it up, Basti!

Irina: Hmm…my boyfriend. He’s the only one.

Interviewer: Let me ask you…how do you not get jealous? Cause I mean, I have seen Cristiano here, having breakfast, once and all the ladies around were just staring at him. He couldn’t even eat his eggs. I imagine these things becomes a daily occurance then?
Irina: Well…you know, I think it’s good for a man to look around a little so he can appreciate what he has. You just have to be comfortable and drop all your insecurities. And I am very comfortable. Apart from that, if you’ve been dating for over 4 years, you simply have to trust each other. *smiles*
