I know that Eurovision isn’t meant to be political.
I’m aware of this.
But with everything Israel is doing lately, I’m actually really upset that they won, not only because their song was rubbish, but if people are angry with Russia and China for political reasons, where is the outrage at Israel?

Cyprus doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near that third place, their song was honestly the most generic and unoriginal out of the bunch. It’s just been done too many times.

Unpopular opinion: straight people using “partner” to refer to their SO actually helps normalize the term so that lgbt folx can use it without automatically outing themselves to strangers. It also helps other straight ppl get comfortable with the fact that strangers aren’t entitled to information about other people’s gender or sexuality.
