I can’t help but be a little extra with my sugar gliders food.

Cooked some ground turkey with one egg and added some spinach, for a good balance of calcium and protein. Plus cantaloupe, blueberries, and apples (their favorite fruits!) for vitamins and sugars. It was the first time they tried the turkey and lemme just say they loved it and I’m so glad.

so

i always used to hear that keeping sugar gliders in domestic captivity is really bad for them?? and i don’t know if that’s true or not?? but i assume that it’s not true since so many people own them and i assume at least a handful of sugar glider owners are caring for them properly???

so what i wanna know is why it would be good or bad to own a sugar glider?? i don’t personally ever plan on owning one and if somehow anyone reading this owns a sugar glider please enlighten me on these creatures since i don’t have the time to look them up myself

Apollo is zooming around! He even approached Aladar and gave a little sniff without being afraid! Aladar kept his distance and watched like a good boy and was supervised the entire time! Athena is still afraid to leave the pouch on her own but she is poking her head out constantly! My tent arrives in about two weeks so tent time will be all the time 🤗✨
