EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS/DONATIONS
I hate to do this, but my family and I are in desperate need of money. We very recently lost most of our belongings in a flash flood, and have had to rip down the walls in our home in order to start reconstruction. My brother lost all of his toys and his drum set, my sister and I lost some of our clothes and most of our video games, and our parents lost more than half of their shoes and their bed. Taking in the fact that we also lost almost every piece of furniture in the house, our home is very nearly empty at this point in time.
There was over 4 inches of water in every room, and 10 inches inside of our garage. The water outside of our home reached to about a foot and a half, leaving us completely stranded with nowhere to go. We saved as much as we could, but it was hard to traverse our home once the water began to take over. We have had to resort to showering and sleeping at our grandparents houses, as our house is in no condition to be slept in. We have spent hours upon hours tearing down walls, cleaning the floors, and salvaging what was left of our things over the past few days. My younger sister is about to be a senior in high school, and our brother is going to be entering the sixth grade. With me in college, our parents don’t really have any money to spare on extensive repairs. Insurance is willing to help, but they can only do so much with an intensive situation such as this.
Due to this, I have decided to open up emergency commissions. I cannot promise that they will be done fast, but I swear that I will get them done as soon as I am able. My new commission page isn’t entirely finished, but I’ll post what I have and will of course provide examples if any customer were to ask for them.
