So. I’ve a new Laptop and I want to use that chance to remake my blog(s). Which means I will not be posting from this or any other blog I have. I’ll still exists, because the Mail adress I registered with is no longer and I forgot my password, so ... once I log out, that is it.

I do want to say, that I will re-follow people I have followed for a while or am following right now. You know it’s me, because I’ll name myself ... SpaceInvader or some such. We’ll see.

Looking foreward to seeing some of you again later!

The other day, one of the girls at Uni was really shoked to find out, that I’ve never been dancing in a disco. I’ve been to bars and stuff, but never a disco.

This blew her mind, like “What?! Not even with your friends to try it?!”

It’s my spare time, if I know I will not like it, why should I bother trying it. We’re not talking about exotic food here, it’s not like I’ll suddenly be fond of it, if only I try it.

Also ... because one tends to choose friends that have the same interests, none of my friends are into disco dancing either. Which is why I’m not really friends with the girls at Uni.

I’ve seen the post about the new privacy thing and tumblr tracking your search history or whatever multiple times now and I appreciate people warning other people, but I wonder...

Tumblr clearly told me about this by itself when I visited the site on the 19th and even stated how to turn it off.

I wonder if this is because I’m from Europe/Germany and our privacy laws are rather strict. In fact, they got even harsher just a few... I think weeks ago.

So does tumblr actually do this for everyone (warning them about the setting) and the post is just for those who missed it, or is it something I’m getting shown because of my region and because tumblr has to warn me about this by law.

Between having to listen to a lecture and “working in groups”, I would just prefer to listen, thank you. Put group projects on the list of “Things I thought I didn’t have to do in Uni”.

Honestly, I did less group projects when I was in school, I think.

Also, I bought a book on statistics in hopes it will heave me into a passing grade and this guy has been going on about the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of charts for pages now. Priorities, I guess.

Granted, it is only on descriptive statistics (no idea if that’s the right translation), so he has the space.

So looking forward to his book on probability and inferential statistics (googled that, let me know if it’s the right translation for “induktive statistik”.

My team leader from work just send me a message asking if I could come in to set up a new estate we’re managing in our systems.

This couldn’t come at a worse time. I’d be paid for it and it doesn’t take me long usually, but I just don’t know when I’ll have the time. Between having to learn for my flunkd test and the upcoming ones and my general shedule at uni,..

I think I’ll still try to find the time, because money, I just ... feel a bit stressed out.
