Kyle has been wanting to do a photoshoot at the Missouri State Penitentiary for a while. I decided to bring 2B since I hadn’t had a chance to wear her yet. They do offer private photo tour blocks, though I also highly recommend going for their history and ghost tours as well.  It was quite cold (being mid-november without heating) and we were working with a lot of battery powered lights, but Tim and Chris did an awesome job! It’s Ganyu’s Birthday! I’ve been playing Genshin Impact since near launch, and I became an official content creator about a year ago! When Ganyu first came out, her design drew me in because it reminded me of my top waifu Aqua. My first danmei costume was Wei Wuxian (Yiling Laozu - mobile game design). I started reading the MXTX books in February after I was able to afford them with b-day funds. When I found out multiple friends were planning MDZS for Anime St. Louis, I ordered fabrics and was able to pull WWX together in time to join! 

Many thanks to Yaya for hanfu guidance and for letting me borrow her pattern, which saved me so much time. Had many discord voice chats with Miya while we worked on our costumes together. A hilarious late night discord chat with Lindsay resulted in a surprise apparance as Mo Xuanyu on “Little Apple.” It was a busy and windy weekend, but we had so much fun. My Shen Qingqiu, photographed by Sorairo_Days I made the robes using Yaya Han’s hanfu pattern! It’s based on the Vietnamese book cover designs. Since this shoot, I’ve added a chiffon underskirt, and I’m still adding more embroidery to the bottom before Holmat. I was helping take some photos too! XD

Super happy with how Edea turned out! It took twice as long as I expected, but I'm glad I took my time with each piece instead of rushing it. So much MRGRGR

I love Bravely Default so much. I love all the characters, the art, the music, the gameplay…it felt more like a Final Fantasy game compared to the more recent Final Fantasy titles XD (I still enjoy the new FF games, but they’re much different than they used to be). Ringabel is actually my favorite character, but I got pretty attached to Edea thanks to her expressive personality and love for sweets.
