is it normal for studios to "hand down" dances or give them to other studios to use (same chore, same cut song)? i've seen that a few times in the past few years

songs are reused by studios all the time

same choreo and song not so much, but i also dont see an issue if they did do that.

My studio used to offer the option to learn a previous solo (someone else from the studio, had to be 3+ years ago) via video and then the teacher would come in to clean/adjust to your abilities etc. as a more affordable option for a solo (as opposed to having to pay for choreo and cleaning)

My go to is a body suit (sometimes with 3/4 tights) and these weird 3/4 length sweatpants that I have. And then I usually start with this crop thin longsleeve on (ontop of the body suit) or a wrap shirt. And pink fuzzy leg warmers
