zhwangyao:
“A little more attentive than you, I guess.”
“But depending on your specific interests, my detailed answers may vary. Would you like to know more or was that a simple greeting?”
Well, hmm…. How about both?
Both it is, then. But as the one posing the question, it would only be fair for you to go first.
[ His lips crack a tiny smirk ]
But if you’re not comfortable, I would understand.
zhwangyao:
He shrugged. China has always been more or less self-sufficient.
“Is this your way of begging for attention?”
“Not quite. I receive enough attention already without doing much at all.” Conversely, he’d prefer a little less screen time. “I’ve more immediate things to worry about like bracing myself for another bad head cold.”
Oddly enough, Yao almost felt some sort of compassion for this boy. He took a deep breath, nodding.
“I suppose you have quite a bit to deal with yourself. Take care.”
zhwangyao:
“Are you saying that I should be inviting specific kinds of spirits into my garden, 美月?”
“Oh yes. There are many kind spirits who only want to see plants grow well and be used to their fullest potential. Usually they are very small, like caterpillars and damsel flies, and a little bit of pollen and fresh water will make them happy”
“Really? I suppose all the homage paid to the grand river spirits made the garden spirits lonely?”
Mister China
That’s certainly good to hear. Have you been enjoying the weather then? Any activities that you enjoy the most?
I have! The warmer weather has allowed me to be working in my garden again, for which I’m quite glad! How about yourself though? Has your weather been treating you kindly?
It’s sweltering hot at the city of my current residence. I often do not want to step outdoors at all. Unfortunately there isn’t much of a choice. The occasional typhoon will bring a bit of relief before the sun scorches the earth again.
It’s weather I’m not sure you would enjoy.
@zhwangyao // starter call.
“So. How ‘bout them trade wars?”
He shrugged. China has always been more or less self-sufficient.
“Is this your way of begging for attention?”
zhwangyao:
Something seemed off but he wasn’t completely sure of her perception of him at the moment. Maybe it was time to correct that.
“Sorry if that seemed a little awkward. Would it be too much to ask you to share a pot of tea?”
Mutya snapped out– she realized she was kind of dazing off. “Huh? Tea? O-oh, sure! So, ah… How are you lately?”
“A little more attentive than you, I guess.”
“But depending on your specific interests, my detailed answers may vary. Would you like to know more or was that a simple greeting?”

[ Miss you so much ;w; ]

Although “我想喝酒(wǒ xiǎng hē jiǔ)” is a very common and natural Chinese sentence, its English version “I want to drink alcohol” sounds a bit weird. So, here is a tip for when you are learning Chinese collective nouns. Details: http://bit.ly/2HYc6Ib
A camphor tree is seen stretching out its roots over a stream in Wuyuan County in east China’s Jiangxi Province. Commuters often used the tree as a footbridge, but walking on the tree root has been banned in order to protect the tree. It is said that the tree has been rooted in the county for 560 years. #tree #camphor #ancient #plant #nature #china

I am yes! I’ve found warmer weather always helps my recovery process.
That’s certainly good to hear. Have you been enjoying the weather then? Any activities that you enjoy the most?
“Development–?” Right, is he referring to her current administration? A slight hesitation hinted through her dark irises, but Mutya does her best to hide this. “Well,Thank you. Tsina.”
