Hiatus - Indefinete But Look I have a dragon age rp blog

So I’ve been gone for a really long time and have been doing other things. Like managing a guild on Gaia and managing my own faction. I have been checking back seeing if I want to rp again on Ringo and I really haven’t gotten the urge.

No matter how many times I’ve glanced at the manga, I just can’t commit to Ringo. Especially when it comes to the fandoms that I want to rp with. Plus the universe of Air Gear can be too strange to try and make more I dunno mideval. And with the rate of rpers, I’m sure that there’s going to be another Ringo in a matter of months that will replace me.

Instead I’ve decided to make a Dragon Age blog for my Dalish Warden and try my hand at dealing with an OC. Dragon Age has pretty much stolen my heart.

The Rouge Pyromaniac is my Dalish OC.

I’d rather things be upgraded than be stagnant. I like it when things are updated and I hate it when things aren’t. So seeing something get upgraded excites me because that’s the nature of technology. That’s what makes it exciting. Being able to see...

yeah well, I’ve seen the comics, but it’s a matter of preference. like I think Isabela looks hideous in the DA2 trailer. I think Liara was absolutely awful in Mass Effect comics. preference. I liked Alistair how he was. a little “big boned” and cute.

Upgrades < Preference.

I'd rather things be upgraded than be stagnant. I like it when things are updated and I hate it when things aren't. So seeing something get upgraded excites me because that's the nature of technology. That's what makes it exciting. Being able to see something new. Being able to experience something different.

Then again, my dad's an engineer. His motto is a simple one "assimilate or die out." Get with the pace of technology, of the present or just well..die out.

So yeah. I like upgrades and updates. It's why I don't complain every time tumblr updates it's software. I look at it as something new I can mess with and figure out. It's why I look forward to every new Final Fantasy game. Because they don't hash out the same old thing. They change it up. I'd rather a video game company do than to keep things the same. They'd never survive. Hell if Final Fantasy kept the same in terms of battle mechanics or graphics, Square soft/Square Enix would've never become what it is today and would have ended a long time ago..probably when it was intended to end.

Alistair's new look matches the one from the comic series. You know The Silent Grove, Those Who Speak, Until We Sleep?
If you haven't read them then you need to. They're really good and goes more in depth into Isabela and Varric's history. Plus I'm sure there's going to be a part in Inquisition that will go towards the comics so you'd be missing a massive chunk!
I like his new look. I honestly wish that it were the graphics that Origins started with.
