Merlot’s New Years Resolution Ideas
You deserve to be happy and healthy at all times. I want to share some different insights on how to make yourself a happier and healthier person without all the “exercise more” and “sleep more” you see everywhere. These are small things you can do to help yourself become exactly who you want to be in 2018.
1. Drink more tea. Tea is healthy, relaxing and it is an amazing antioxidant.
2. Make a change. Get out of your usual routine, do something different in the mornings, or dye your hair a crazy color!
3. Spread happiness and positivity. Don’t release negative auras into the air in 2018. Keep yourself maintained and grateful to give your life a new happy upbeat.
4. Keep priorities in line. Don’t spiral out of control over something you have no control over yourself. Prioritize YOUR happiness when others are bringing you down and hurting you.
5. My final tip; Do not put yourself down for loving others. Love is a beautiful gift, and I used to think I was wrong for loving others who didn’t love me. Love is a blessing and a curse, but when life gives you love, embrace it.
