one of the most infuriating things about becoming an adult is when you realize that it actually is 10x easier to solve problems by making a phone call vs literally any other communication method

No like seriously during Covid I owed money to student loans, the Canada revenue agency and my dentist and I couldn’t pay any of it because I wasn’t employed and it built up and they all started sending me threatening mail…so I finally called all three entities in like 10 minutes and set up payment plans and got it all sorted out.
