Got to say, one of my favorite things about the Treasured DLC is that Kassandra just vanishes for six months so Barnabas fully tracks Herodotos down (cause canonically this is after he leaves the Adrestia) to get help finding her. Like, she's disappeared before. The Underworld, Atlantis (although I don't know how long those two times were), and then "retiring" (he technically knew where she was then cause he met Elpidios). But this time, it was long enough he fully panicked and went searching for help.

Phoibe kicked out one foot, her flip-flop dangling precariously. “Do you think we’d always know each other, Kassandra?”
Kassandra chuckled at the abruptness of it, her amusement buoyant in the way only children like Phoibe can draw out of her. “What are you talking about, little bird?”
“If I was someone else, and you were someone else, we’d still find each other, right?”
First chapter is fluff (and a modern AU, technically) and the second is angst, touching on the burden of Kassandra’s immortality, which is possibly the topic most impactful to me when it comes to AC Odyssey.

I posted this hot take on a post I can't find at some point, but I finally got around to coloring my interpretations of modern Kassandra. Thank you to @totally-unshway and their adorable drawing for inspiring me to finish!
Couple little design notes:
- Her leather jacket is inspired by my grandma's vintage motorcycle jacket and I'm picturing a patch of the Adrestia's symbol on the back I just didn't want to draw it lol.
- The earrings in her fancy outfit are Myrrine's and the ring is Herodotos'. And the earrings in the sundress outfit are the pair of earrings that I've started always drawing Kassandra with, from one of my headcanons from her time on Kephallonia. They're a gift from Phoibe 🥺
- I refuse to accept that Ikaros dies so here he is geting a good morning kiss from Kassandra like he does every morning for two thousand something years
