He looked adjusted his cape,“ Please come with me.” He extended his hand hopping she would take it. “ I promise I’ll answer your questions. You didn’t deserve to get used a pawn, but you did and I’m sorry.” James really felt like it was his fault she was captured in the first place.

Christie hesitated for a second before taking his hand. Even if she would regret this, it couldn’t be anymore dangerous than the position she was already in. “Fine,” she said plainly.

James pulled the girl close to him and flew into the sky. Once they were a safe distance he flew down into a corn field. He made sure the girl was alright by looking at her.

James shrugged,“ I know if you come with me you’ll get it.”

“And I’m supposed to just trust you?” she questioned. “Even after everything that’s just happened to me?”

Christie stared at the man blankly before letting out a dry laugh. “Great, more psychos.”

James was at it again. This time searching for a girl whose life was in danger. Once he found her was standing across the room. “ hi.”

Christie stared at the man before her, not saying a word. She had no idea who she could trust right now, she had to be cautious. She continued to close herself off and remained silent.

Christie examined the room once again, looking for any possibility of escape. However, this had deemed unsuccessful a few too many times. She reverted back to her old tactic which had also been unsuccessful many times already, “Help! Please! Pl- Anybody!”.

Situated in the northern state of Wyoming, Devonsville, the home to around 1000 personalities. Although small, many things go on within the boundaries of the secluded town, some inexplicable things.

Recently there have been many strange sightings reported by the residents. Many have talked of a mysterious flying, well, they say humans. But, that can’t be, can it? It has to be  large birds, or maybe even airplanes. There may be a few ‘abnormal’ people in Devonsville but flying men, that’s just ridiculous..right?
