The flowers: In previous episode Mika told Lizzie to look at the flowers when her dad was going to be killed.
The puzzle: As stated in The Talking Dead,the puzzle they were putting together was actually a picture of Sophia. It all came down to Sophia because she couldn’t protect herself and Carol didn’t want Sophia’s fate to end up with Mika and Lizzie.
The Fire: The fire could have been from the house Daryl and Beth burned down. Also said in The Talking Dead, they wanted to show how close the group members are from each other, but also how far away they are too
