Beyonce had always been quite low-key about her activism, but lately she’s become more vocal about the Black Lives Matter movement and police violence in USA. Just the other day it was announced that her husband’s, Jay Z’s, music service Tidal will be donating $1.5 million to BLM and other non-profit organizations. Her new video for the song “Formation” is a siren call, a hymn that addresses such an important problem in America as police brutality.
