We really need to start actively describing liberal bullshit like “you HAVE to vote for this genocider or the other guy will genocide them and you” as coercion and a threat. You are using the threat of violence occurring close to home to justify violence occurring elsewhere and that’s not a choice, that is a gun to your head. “If you don’t let me hurt someone else, someone might hurt you” is sadistic mafia shit, not pragmatism. Stop treating the system that holds a gun to your head every election cycle as somehow good, neutral or just. That’s a hostage situation ffs

There is nothing Jewish about genocide

There is nothing Jewish about colonialism

There is nothing Jewish about committing war crimes

There is nothing Jewish about ethnic cleansing

There is nothing Jewish about censorship

There is nothing Jewish about the way Isreal is treating other Jews

There is nothing Jewish about the way Israel is treating Palestine

Many Jews have always stood with Palestine

Many Jews always will

Do not let anyone trick you into believing that Judaism and Israel are interchangeable or that Israel is in any way speaking for what Jewish people globally want

There is nothing antisemitic about speaking out against Israel’s ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. We stand with Palestine

What to boycott NOW to help stop Israel’s unfolding genocide of Palestinians in Gaza

Reminder that boycotting DOES work, there is historic proof! Don't let anyone discourage you otherwise!

The BDS movement uses the historically successful method of targeted boycotts inspired by the South African anti-apartheid movement, the US Civil Rights movement, the Indian anti-colonial struggle, among others worldwide.
We must strategically focus on a relatively smaller number of carefully selected companies and products for maximum impact. Companies that play a clear and direct role in Israel’s crimes and where there is real potential for winning, as was the case with, among others, G4S, Veolia, Orange, Ben & Jerry’s and Pillsbury. Compelling such huge, complicit companies, through strategic and context-sensitive boycott and divestment campaigns, to end their complicity in Israeli apartheid and war crimes against Palestinians sends a very powerful message to hundreds of other complicit companies that “your time will come, so get out before it’s too late!”

Please reblog! Spread this! There is an effort by zionists to discourage people from boycotting! Don't let them trample your spirits and help us in the fight for a liberated Palestine!

They also have a great website that is extremely detailed and interactive!!

I found them because I had seen someone say that the ratio of Palestinians to Israelis fatalities since 2005 was 23:1 and i was wondering where the data for that originally came from. This website keeps such detailed accounts of fatalities, home destruction, and other human rights violations. It also has an interactive map that shows the timeline of the occupation, talks about different communities and settlements, shows check points, and more.

It is extremely informative, and honestly pretty remarkable.

The terms for releasing hostages held by Hamas were clear from the start. They said quite early on that they would release all the hostages in return for the 6000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons. [Link]

Since then, deals have been discussed which are way more favourable to Israel, and now there's talk of releasing 50 hostages in return for a 3-day ceasefire and some Palestinian women and children being released. [Link]

And we could get into the stories of Hamas offering to release hostages which Israel refused [link], or hostages saying how well they've been treated when do they get released [link], or the strong likelihood that Israeli bombs have directly killed hostages [link], but the first two lines of this post are all you really need to know: Israel always had the means to secure the safety of the hostages. They just love murdering Palestinian children too much to give up their weak excuse for doing so.

Yeah no, I'm sure the country using tiktok thirst traps to legitimize it's military has nothing nefarious to hide.

A casual reminder that while Israel is pumping out propaganda through tweets and tiktoks, they have simultaneously been killing journalists at an unprecedented rate. The IDF has killed over 25 (most likely an underestimate) Journalists since Oct 7th 2023 (Source).

By killing Journalists and churning out propaganda, Israel is hoping it can get away with genocide.

Hey I wonder what happened to OP

It has been hard for me to talk about how what is going on with Israel and Palestine is affecting me personally, but I grew up in Gaza and most of my family still lives there. My father did not survive the bombings last week and I have not been able to contact my younger sister in days. I am try to being understanding that most people do not have personal connections to what is happening and therefore are justifying their silence, but is heartbreaking to see this misinformation being spread. What’s happening there is a genocide, not a war. It is not antisemitic to support Palestine, it’s not even antiemetic to criticise Israel. There is no grey area or neutrality regarding this, and it is so easy to find resources that will educate you on the subject. It is my people and my home being destroyed so I will never be silent about this, but I please urge everyone to get informed and start speaking up and finding ways they can help.

decolonizepalestine has tons of information on Palestine’s history/propaganda that has been spread throughout the years

Jewish Voice for Peace also has many resources for ways for US citizens to get involved, including protests
