I saw this on Twitter and had to add something.
Claire did not go into the woods for her job. She didn’t work outside and when she was outside, it wasn’t in the jungle being chased by dinosaurs. She is a business woman who helps run the park INSIDE.
Not to mention that she was showing around clients. She was trying to impress them and get a deal, so of course she’s going to go professional and to her, that means high heels.
Ellie was an archeologist, who did a lot of work outside. She was being shown around a park and had no need to dress professionally, so she dressed comfortably.
And guess what? In the end, Claire didn’t complain about her shoes when she was running from dinosaurs that wanted to kill them. She stepped up her game and worked with that she had and she did a pretty damn good job at it.

Well, okay. I’m supposed to write something clever and meaningful to thank all of you, aren’t I? The truth is, I suck at speeches and I really don’t know what to say other than HOLY SHIT. If you’d asked me two weeks ago, I never would have believed I could have so much fun & find so many amazing people playing this adorable ginger! If I think back to the amount of ‘no I can’t do this’ and ‘fuck I’m gonna suck at this’ I feel so dumb, I would have missed out on so many amazing opportunities to meet great people, write terrific things, and just generally have so much fun iT’S INSANE. I know it sounds dumb and too enthusiastic but really, I am so grateful for each and everyone of you, and I’d give anything to be your friend, ok? Ok. So, enough with the blabbering, let’s get to business: to somehow actually give back to all of you, and since I didn’t do anything for my previous milestones, I decided to put together a small resource pack containing psds, textures and icon borders all made by yours truly.
