Yoona: We didn’t even imagine the paper airplane event. I almost teared up, really. Unexpected timing and the unexpected event made us cry. 

Taeyeon: We know fans plan events for every concert, but in that moment, the tears came. Members’ gazes met and we were really touched.

Yuri: I don’t have a lot of tears and I tend to hold it back well. Tears poured out unknowingly. We didn’t know fans would do a surprise event. The faces of fans who made it happen – who thought of the event and waited – came to my mind one by one, and the tears poured out.
