Maya Monés doesn't just sparkle--she beams. Originally from Florida, the 22-year-old model, muse, and dancer has quickly become a trailblazer. Since touching down in New York City not so long ago, Maya has modeled for rising New York brands such as Gypsy Sport (CFDA winner) and Brooklyn-based designer BCALLA. She has also been featured in the CR Fashion Book in an editorial profiling up-and-coming trans movers and shakers, having worked tirelessly to establish a space for transgender and genderqueer individuals in industries where they have historically been overlooked.  

Maya Monés is a true friend, a confidante, and a fearless voice in the fight for trans rights and recognition. And now we have a chance to give something back to this incomparable person, to help her grow and to help her develop into her truest self.
