When you are skinny you will be treated nicely, people fall to their knees to please you ❤️🥀

When you are skinny you will be admired by everybody who "wishes" they looked like you. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny People will make fun of your friends before you. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny boys and girls alike are lining up to make love offers. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny you can post pictures of your body without people fatshaming you, behind your back. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny you have better opportunity's in life, nobody wants a chubby model. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny you won't have visible fat rolls everywhere ❤️🥀

When you are skinny People Care about you more, comment on your posts, message you about how you are doing etc. ❤️🥀

When you are skinny you are beautiful ❤️🥀

I don't know about you but I wanna be skinny 🥀❤️

I woke up at 4 am, unable to fall back to sleep.

I found myself in the kitchen.

I ate a handful of almonds(60cal), half a pack of fruit snacks(40cal), 150cal of oatmeal, and then,

I found a moment of clarity.

“What the fuck am I doing?”

I’m not about to throw this all away.

so I poured a glass of water. Chugged.

Then another. Chugged.

One more. And brought it back to bed to sip.

I almost ruined my day before it even had a chance to begin.

I am writing to tell you,

You are in control. You don’t have to give in.

Be strong and stay safe, Angels.

💫Some tips for quick weight loss💫

  1. sleep in as late as possible (especially because of quarantine)
  2. drink a loooooooot of water
  3. chew gum when hungry
  4. also to stop bloating take a supplement that helps you go #2, whenever I'm bloated i feel nasty and that causes me to binge which can get you backed up
  5. if the hunger pangs are really bad eat fruit or a granola bar or something else that's light
  6. i also don't recommend eating nothing, try to eat at least 300 calories a day
  7. be kind to yourself, it's a journey that takes time and I'm in the same boat as you💞

Everyone needs to try this tea. It’s absolutely amazing, and it taste so delicious! Only 1 calorie per cup aswell! I would highly recommend as it’s so much tastier than the average green tea.
