(( Its best if you keep in mind of timezones, I live in California so sometimes when people message me during their morning time its like 5am for me and I’m already in bed and sleeping. Now I always try and keep my skype on online because i try and answer messages when i see them but if i see them in my half awake state from hearing the notification sound i may forget to respond in the morning. As for how to approach, be friendly and maybe start off with something other than hi. How are you is a good starter cause it gives me something to work off of when talking to you rather than hello which forces me to either reply in the like or forces me to find the topic of conversation.))
