The past few months I've started a project to try and raise funds/start selling original work on RedBubble... I finally have enough I feel I can share. =)
Weird and Wonderful World is a collection of animal merch (at the moment mostly stickers, magnets, badges/buttons, cushions and notebooks) featuring animals you tend to see less made for because they're either, for example; strange, obscure or not particularly cute.
At the moment, I have merch up for Jerboas, Elephant Shrews, Whale Sharks, Red-lipped Batfish, Anteaters, Platypuses, Potoos, Tawny Frogmouths, Long and Short-beaked Echidnas and Opossums!
I also have a bunch of pride versions for the Opossum!
(Just the Opossum at the moment since I don't want to saturate my store with variations... I'm willing to make pride versions of any of the other animals (or any other pride flags!) at request though! =))
I'm also open to suggestions for other animals! =) Please take a look, or maybe pass the link on to a friend who might be interested! Thanks so much for supporting my little project!
my theory is that boops are so great because they are fullfilling two very deep-seated desire of tumblr users: 1. being able to interact with your mutuals without actually having to talk to each other and 2. being very annoying
