Please help and answer me. I can't let go of someone whose done me so wrong whose cheated abused me and continues to do so. I am or am not a virgin now I wanted to wait till marriage but he went inside me more than once I keep promising to God it won't happen again but I still do it. I hate myself and I'm sure God hates me because I know God does nt want me to be with him. He still says I'm a Virgin because it didn't all go in but I think he's lying to me I'm confused how do I know if I virgin
First of all God doesn’t hate you. That is a lie from Satan, and I condemn it. God loves you, obedient or disobedient, virgin or not. Do you think so little of the Lord and His Mercy that you think He would condemn you so easily? He died for you. He died for you so you would understand that He is good and that nothing could or will separate you from His love. He died for you so He could show you how much He wants to spend this life and all of eternity with you. God doesn’t hate you because you are with this guy. God mourns for you because He has so many good things planned for his daughter.
Concerning virginity, my friend Jessie said that virginity isn’t something we lose all at once; it is something we shed over time. People have so many different definitions of virginity. For some it’s nothing more than kissing. For others it is everything except vaginal penetration. I don’t think the line really matters all that much. It’s about why you make the choice that you make that counts. In the Bible sex is a contract, it’s a covenant of commitment and intimacy. If you want that, start making choices that reflect that now. If sex means something else to you then figure out what that something is and how to have a healthy relationship to it. What sex should never be is an attempt to win someone else's love or affection. What virginity should never be is the ruler by which you measure God’s love. God doesn’t love you because you are a virgin. He loves you because you are his daughter. Be free from your sin and shame by knowing the truth about God and yourself. That He loves you and finds you worthy and beautiful as you are, even now. He always has and He always will.
