Ever since I received your message, I've been thinking about how and what I could answer you, but the truth is: I don't have a secret recipe or any helpful tips.
I try not to think too "big" when building a house and try to stay within the budget. It's not always easy, but that's the challenge, isn't it?
If you're looking for more of my houses, you can check out my download page, where you'll find all the houses I've ever uploaded. Maybe there are some suitable ones for you. :)
