I’ve read every PM you’ve sent me when I’m putting up vague sadsack shit on tumblr and even though I never have the gumption to reply to them, I want you to know they helped every single time. I feel like I probably smother you sometimes with my fretting and being a busybody and giving unwanted life advice, but I just want nothing more than to see you flourish and be happy! You’re sweet. Like, that’s just the core of who and what you are. You’re a sweet, sweet person who is very giving and loving. You’re so helpful and selfless all the time, I feel bad for (also) not reaching out to you more often or just chatting about stuff and ideas. It’s been great, though, being in touch with you again after so long. Finding old friends is such a blessing and I’m glad our paths have crossed again. I also not-so-secretly admire anyone who’s good at cooking or baking because I can’t do it and hate doing it. But I love eating, so people who ENJOY making the foods are amazing.

Hope you’re doing well lately, first of all! I’m a toad and I’ve been alienating myself from various people and you’re among them lately. This isn’t your fault, it’s just me and my bad spates of keeping in touch with people when they’re not in my immediate circle. I haven’t touched my goddamn facebook in like...months and I got you over there too. Sometimes I feel like we don’t connect properly? But I think a lot of that is my lack of trying and isn’t a judgement call on you. I’m curious how you’re doing lately in terms of games and shit. I will make a point of nabbing you this upcoming week, I think, and we can talk some more there too. Do you still work night hours? Cuz I do too now, so I’ll peek at Steam sometime and see if you’re around. I think you’re a nice person who tries really hard to please others! Just don’t try so hard that you end up losing track of who you really are or change it just to make someone else like a version of you more. First of all, this is the same number I sent someone else so I know you’re feelin’ me on that SH4 vibe. I’ve known you so long now and we’ve had a few bumps and stints of silence, but I’ve always valued you so much as a person and a friend and always hope life is doing well by you and yours. I was just thinking the other day about how you were there for me when a sudden death of a family friend occurred and I had no one else to talk to about it. You let me cry and assured me that it would be okay. And in time, it was.

You accept me for who and what I am, flaws and all. And I can’t ask for much more than that in a friend, but you still go above and beyond with reaching out and being kind to me. I’m really thankful I know someone like you and I hope I’ve been even half as kind back.
