While he awaited trial, Dino De Laurentiis allegedly approached him with $3,000 for the screen rights to his story, an advance to compose the score and a plan to delay filming until Baker was released so that he could play himself!

For Saturday's nbchannibal finale, we are going to ask you to use two hashtags in your tweets: #HannibalMicDrop and #Hannibal. We know that the Nielsen Twitter ratings will track #Hannibal, and we are using #HannibalMicDrop as the unique hashtag in order to trend on Twitter.
Please wait until 9pm EDT on Saturday, August 29, to use #HannibalMicDrop because using it early makes it more difficult to trend. However, please feel free to use #Hannibal always.
Also, during the evening please make a point of tracking the #Hannibal hashtag on Twitter (you can click on the hashtag in a tweet or you can use the search box to look it up) and retweeting some of the tweets you see. We are trying to increase our Unique Audience and Unique Impressions statistics (which measure the number of people who see our tweets). Whereas we often rank first among series and specials in terms of the number of tweets sent, we usually rank second or third in terms of the number of people who see our tweets.
