Pisco Punch!
Ingredients:
2 oz Extra Añejado Pisco ¾ oz fresh lemon ¾ oz Pineaple Gum Syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
Combine ingredients & shake with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with pineapple fronds & a maraschino cherry
