Too many endings. They’re all the same. Which means there’s only one ending he won’t expect. You can’t run, hide, or wait. What does that leave?

Here we go. I’m being extremely vulnerable with this post, but I feel it is necessary in my body positivity journey and for my overall well-being.

If you don’t like what you see, I don’t give a fuck. That’s on you, boo.

I’ve struggled with the holiday weight gain and feeling good in my own body. I have to remind myself that I am still beautiful at any weight/shape/size even after extreme weight loss.

I’m down 150ish pounds from my highest weight, but I can tell you that losing weight did not correct my internal dialogue about my body image. I still have a “fat girl” mentality when I look at myself and only see flaws.

But if I can’t love myself at every moment of my body positivity journey, how can I expect to flourish mentally and physically? The way I’ve spoken to myself throughout my years has mostly been negative, but it’s time to change that narrative.

My stretch marks, my loose skin, my rolls, my spider veins, my cellulite, my bruises, my scars. They are me; they are real.

the older i get the more it’s clear that being smart doesn’t get you very far if you’re not disciplined. there are tons of people who are brilliant but not disciplined. they have amazing ideas but cannot finish a project. they are creative and innovative but cannot execute a plan. i see how important it is to set deadlines and boundaries for myself an to be disciplined.

So I just have to be simple, honest, and declarative and somehow still protect her feelings.
