(( Sorry, completely forgot to answer this! 

Boom and Pom are alive and doing their thing, but I should probably state that if it’s not already obvious this blog is preeeeeetty inactive. I got a lot of other things going on in my life, like work and outside of work is work on other things. The free time I have to draw is mostly for other things that just inspire me at the time. Hilarious enough it’s these two but different. I guess you could consider it an AU? But in a way these two have developed into their own characters unrelated to Nintendo in many ways.

I can’t promise when I’ll feel inspired to work on this blog, or @lava-bros again. Something might come up, something might not. I really need to stop running on going events and stuff because unfortunately I lose interest on these projects pretty quick! 

If you want to see the stuff I’ve been working on outside of the ask blog you can always follow my main @ordinarykeys, or my twitter! Or if you like my stuff and want to support me, I have an etsy shop you can take a look at here!

This isn’t to say the blog is closed indefinitely, just that it’s definitely not going to be very active and I have no idea when my next post will be. Feel free to still ask questions, maybe I’ll sketch some dumb answers, who knows!

OH VERY CUTE! I love the swirls on Pom's wings! She's so sparkly too! And I love Boom's beard and brows that's so good! Very cool dragon designs!

I don't know a lot about Flight Rising but these are so cool! Thank you for sending these to me!

Yeah this blog is inactive but I'll still post whatever you guys send to me!

That’s a wrap!

With this, I’ll officially announce I’m going to hang up my hat with putting this together every year!

It’s been five amazing years, and I loved seeing the progression and growth of everyone who’s been in it! Even if it was only once or for all five years, you guys are the ones who made Nintendask Secret Santa an actuality for the community!

Nintendask Secret Santa 2020!

We’re five for five!

You may know the drill by now, but if not, here’s a refresher!

The steps to becoming a participant:

1) Have a Nintendask blog (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ACTIVE)

2) Fill out [this Secret Santa Sign Up Google Form]

That’s it!

Things to note:

-There are REQUIRED MINIMUMS for the gifts:

  • Drawn art must be either colored (flat/full color is fine) OR have detailed, complete inking (Traditional must be on clean paper)
  • Written work must be 500 words or more

- There is an option that you can be a helper elf, where you are a backup if someone is unable to get their piece done before the deadline. For this you do NOT have to be a Nintendask blog.

- After compiling the list of participants, I will go through and individually ask participants if they do NOT want to be paired up with a specific person. I understand boundaries and will ask no further questions as to why/why not.

- There will be a weekly check-in where I will check on progress!
