Distance Healing - An Innovative Treatment Protocol developed by Zane Zillner
Energy healing, is a relatively new concept here in the west. Just breaking the service of a social norm, to many it is considered a hoax and to many it is considered a life style must.
I have been doing some form of energy healing professional for several years now, in some ways it could be described as a form of facilitated meditation. Providing extra energy to areas in life that may be lacking or depleted.
As a scholar and scientist of sorts I enjoy observing how energy moves in the physical human body experience and have come to some realizations of how my personal practice affects the quality of life based on experiences shared with my clients.
Recently I have been re-engaging with distance healing. When I first studied it as part of my Reiki training (a system of energy work) I wasn’t quite able to connect with it. It was encouraged to use a stuffed animal as the body, while the individual lay in a comfortable spot for the hour long session.
Focusing on giving energy work to a teddy bear for an hour is no easy task, and offered very little interest for me personally.
So I kept away for five years.
When I asked my Spirit homies about a new perspective of distant energy work I was provided with a method that is quite powerful and makes loads of sense.
Essentially the session starts with about a 30 minute phone conversation, where we assess what is going on personally and discuss various possibilities and validations that help to empower where you are in the process of your learning in the school of life.
As we discuss this I am taking notes and beginning to form a unique symbol that is encoded with the energy of our combined intent, the words spoken and unspoken get channeled into the symbol.
Now, this alone is powerful work. It could be perceived as a consultation session where advice on life is shared. However, as an energy worker everything is turned up a few notches as my primary focus is directing consciousness energy into the conversation.
When the symbol is complete I send you the picture and encourage you to take a pen and paper and copy it from your phone if possible. Now we have established what can be considered as an energetic telephone number. This symbol is directly associated with the present moment of our session and all the energy distilled into one image.
Once the symbol is copied on your end, we get off the phone and I encourage you to place the symbol on your body with a crystal or rock on top of that. Then I place a crystal on the symbol I have and the session begins.
Usually the energy work is about 15-20 minutes, so it is encouraged to find a quiet place where you can relax for the time frame if possible. With eyes closed, connect with any sensations that you feel in your body, notice the thoughts that pass through your mind. Are they peculiar thoughts that seem non-sensical? Or are they thoughts about your grocery list? Notice anything that shows up; feelings, visuals, sounds. Whatever catches your attention, see what happens.
After the session is over I’ll send a message to you. From there we can discuss what you experienced in the session over text or phone to finish up the energy and take care of any questions you may have.
The philosophy of payment I am choosing to engage with is called “Pay What It’s Worth”. Essentially you choose the price of the session based on the value that you received. I use this philosophy because I feel it is an empowering experience for you to consider what your worth is for your personal growth and evolution.
Feel it wasn’t worth your time? It is your choice to determine that value. However I do like to note that when change occurs later, to remember our session and that I am always grateful for monetary exchange to continue doing my work.
All in all, this work is powerful, can be done anywhere and has very little risk in terms of cost. The energies that come through me are in service to those who ask. I look forward to connecting with you in the energetic realms.
