Oops up too late reading

I really think living in Buffalo is getting to me… it’s too gloomy all the time. 3rd gloomiest city in the US.

I had a bladder procedure done on Friday which I’ve had two times before but this time I woke up in a lot of pain. During the procedure they stretch my bladder, check for polyps as I’ve had them previously, and apply novocain. I woke up feeling like the devil was trying to crawl out my bladder. They gave me Tylenol and a small dose of pain med then sent me home. On my way home I was really dizzy and nauseous. When I got home my kidneys felt like they were being crushed and I was in agonizing pain. My mom was so nervous she said to call an ambulance so an ambulance brought me back to the hospital. I nearly fainted in the ambulance. They did an xray, bloodwork, and urine test but they said they think it was just from the procedure…. Since it went away eventually they sent me home and said to follow up.

It was honestly really scary and they said it’s just interstitial cystitis pain. I hate feeling like they didn’t check more just because they didn’t have to.

I woke up feeling like I had a terrible Charlie horse in my left calf as well and that’s still hard to even walk on, and my glands in my neck are swollen. Thankfully the kidneys feel better than before. I miss my old urologist he was my favorite doctor and he retired.

This new dr is nice but I’m not loving what happened.

I honestly don’t want to go to work tomorrow at all but if I don’t go I lose that money I need. I’m ready for changes that’s for sure. 🥺
