so..after these heartbreaking news today i’m gonna share my little old “destiel lullaby” video again, hoping it will sooth the pain a little and help you fall asleep.. ❤️

Dean is tired and frustrated after researching for hours about the alternate universe and so on..but thank Chuck there’s Cas and Dean can finally relax and let himself fall into those warm arms of his angel, slowly falling asleep to the sound of a thunderstorm and Cas’ heartbeat.. ❤️

The above examples have been provided with the authors' permission to demonstrate what these look like.

Basic rundown:

  • They are all 3 sentences long
  • Perfect grammar, capitalization, and punctuation
  • Like absolutely flawless English teacher-style writing with only a single exclamation mark, ever
  • No mentions whatsoever of character names, settings, situations, or anything that could be tied to the story
  • The usernames may be identical to people who exist on ao3, but the name is not clickable, and no profile is associated with it EXCEPT when you directly search for that name. What this means: the comments come from an unregistered (not logged in) reader, bots scrape the site for real usernames, attach that to the comment, and post

Please spread the word about this so authors can filter comments and report them accordingly

There has been some speculation about why this is happening at all, and the best guess is that this is a feature that AI-training story-scraping tools are implementing to try and make their browsing traffic look legitimate

imagine one day you’re on your third flight of the day doing your silly little flight attendant job and you’re exhausted, and ready to be home, and you’re smiling and dissociating as your greet passengers as they come on board and suddenly in walks jensen ackles, dean winchester himself, and he smiles and says “thanks” as you hand him a silly little disinfectant wipe. You proceed to hand the basket of wipes to your coworker as you rush to the bathroom to have a full blown panic attack because DEAN FUCKING WINCHESTER is on your flight and you are going to have to talk to him and interact with him and be professional and pretend you aren’t having a meltdown cause you would know those eye crinkles ANYWHERE. Imagine you’re taking dinner orders and you’re repeating to yourself in your head “be profesional, smile and ask for his order, just breathe” and he proceeds to order the cheeseburger and a whiskey neat and your brain short circuits and in your most sarcastic tone out of your mouth comes “yeah sure thing dean” AND THEN YOUR BRAIN EXPLODES CAUSE YOU JUST SAID THAT OUT LOUD TO JENSEN FUCKING ACKLES!!!!! Anyways he laughs and says “my wife says that all the time” then you proceed to die and blackout and work the rest of the flight on autopilot yeah imagine if that happened 😅

I made this Winchesters art piece based on my tarot cards (inspired bg Amrit Brar). Here is a breakdown of their reactions.

Misha Collins signed it first, and I'm keeping that exchange private. He is so sweet.

Then Jojo, who freaked out! They were super excited and went on about how they live Tarot and excitedly identified all the cards. They thanked me for the art and for traveling to Dallas for them, and they were just so genuine.

Meg signed it next and she got really stoked by the design and asked me four times if I really drew it. She was so SWEET.

Drake acted beside himself and noted each card design, and suggested I do a "The Rebar Man" card. I told him to behave. He really enjoyed it too. I apologized that he was on the Death card and said, "Spoilers ..." which he got a kick out of.

Jensen... I told him he could pick between the Hanged Man (confession) Card and the Lovers Card. He looked at them both and said, "oh. well, obviously. The Lovers Card." and he signed it then noted, "Big and right in the middle." He beamed. Very sweet. I told him politely that he was going to kill me with that.

All in all.... fantastic reaction from the cast!! Heartwarming. TW cast is just.... LOVELY. Loved all the m&gs. Enjoyed teasing Jensen about performance anxiety and sticking my tongue out at Misha. Enjoyed Jensen singing with me in the second row. I even enjoyed the fifteen minute hold up for autographs with Misha, waiting for Jensen and Jared to be done talking to him.

All in one day? How do people keep up with the madness of this fandom?
