It does not hack your computer, its a simulator. It simulates the effect of glitching.

A REAL OS? Probably, it should be relatively easy these days,
All I need to do is to write a kernel, I might have to decide if the commands and utilities are possibly unix like. (Don’t forget to write a shell too!) Another task I have to do is to write a hardware interface API for the operating system, oh and don’t forget the device drivers otherwise how else are you gonna talk to other devices, wanting to be victims of my new OS??? Let alone the internet!
Not to mention that I must implement system calls for the OS, and then i’ll add a filesystem, (maybe GLADFS?) that way you can store files on my cloud the OS. Next i’ll add a runtime and a standard library for applications and then a GUI.
Piece of cake.
Or I can grab a copy of Linux, repackage it and call it Googol GLaDOS. But that silly ANDROID uses Linux already. So theres no fun in that, is there?
i have things to ask you: 1 do you like chrome books? 2 what programing language did you use for the simulator for windows?

I have seen a new crop of so called 'googol glados simulators' floating on the internet waiting for you to download them, they are on torrent sites and file uploading sites, adware sites etc...
The official googol glados simulator is located here and provided by Gumroad and hakob.yt I have provided hashes and signatures on the downloads page for the technically paranoid. If you download from anywhere else, this site cannot guarantee your safety.

1. Yes, that is it actually.
This simulator was made for entertainment purposes only, and I wanted to make it short and interactive.
There were more ideas that were going to be put in the simulator, but It was best it was kept simple and safe.

But, remember I told you guys the lowest OS it runs on was Windows XP?
Well, we hit a new low.
It works as expected on Windows 2000 with it's low res graphics.
Now you can test all you like on Windows 2000.

I've just found out that the simulator could (yes COULD) go lower than XP (or even 95)
