With the help of Appearance Edit Enhanced and Artificer Class and All Subclasses, I managed to turn one of the hirelings into Gortash. Did I do this entirely because I just wanted my Durge to run around with him in Act 3? Absolutely.

He still only has the default hireling dialogue options which can be hilariously out of character, of course.

But the good news is that his facial expressions are still on point.

Bonus: Durge ranting to Withers when her husband starts acting up.
