I haven't done cleans in a few months so it was nice to get away from just front squats and give these a go. I know they aren't perfect but I think they moved relatively well 🤗. Here's today's breakdown 5 working sets of 5. 2 sets @ 185# 3 sets @ 205# (4th set shown) Followed by 5 rounds of 20 kettle bell farmers carry lunges @ 53# (106# total) And finished with 20 minutes of the stairmaster under a 40# sand bag. (Roughly .83 miles) Legs are toasted! Without a program, I had no clue what to do today. So I decided today I would do ALL the SQUATS! 3 warm up sets of 5 pause squats at 135/225/275 5 working sets of 5 low bar at 315 5 sets of 10 high bar at 225. Here's my 4th set of 10 high bar. I think I'll be incorporating these more. I really like how upright I feel and have been keeping my feet slightly closer together and forward.
