My lifestyle regime consists of: I am a recent vegan! And while it is a bit difficult, it’s all about self control and knowing what’s right for you and/or the environment. When I stopped eating meat for ethical reason, I realized that my body thanked me and my skin cleared up. I also had more energy! Not to mention drink lots of water and having a good regimen of natural skin care products. But it starts from the inside!

Apple cider vinegar is a great toner for (DIY) Cranberry floss Exfoliate: I use my homemade brown sugar regime. I use a BB Cream from Kiehl’s when I’m not wearing foundation. Lips: Vaseline Lip Therapy Lip Balm Body: SkinButtr Health: I workout every day of the week, yoga on weekends. Eat lots of fruits, nuts + berries, spinach… drink lots of cucumber lemon water.
