"The Secrets of Myrna Loy"

Baldur von Schirach aka Richard Falk. A historical blog focusing on the life of Baldur von Schirach. I am not a national socialist nor am I a white supremacist, and I do not believe in either ideologies. Mostly scholarly, but on occasion I will post nonsense.

@whoislikegod This image as well as others, were created by a Russian artist, 10 years ago. They did not ship Goebbels or von Schirach together. This image was comparing their view of the art’s in their respected domains. Von Schirach being far more liberal with art and even having “degenerate” on display which irked Goebbels.

Below are some of my favorites:

Baldur von Schirach - Leutnant (2nd Lieutenant) 4th Machine Gun (MG) company Infanterie-Regiment Großdeutschland. Joined the 4th company to fulfill his compulsory military service initially as a non-commissioned officer. Carried his own during the Battle of France and was decorated with the Iron Cross (2nd class) and the Infantry Assault Badge (not pictured).

“We are human beings, and human beings are not always very brave. Also in these times, we close our eyes to many things that are happening, because to accept them as facts would be disagreeable to us.”

Good afternoon Mr. Richard Falk, my name is Eugenia, your page is very interesting, I wanted to ask you a question, you read the book the respectable carrer of fritz kiehn, the making and remaking a provincial nazi leader, this book tells the life of the manufacturer of paper of cigars Fritz Kiehn, a Nazi of the city of Trossingen, in that city also lived Baldur von Schirach from 1968 to 1971. the Kiehn family was closely related to the Schirach family, Robert, the son of Baldur, was the husband

Hi yes, I own the book and have read at least all the pages with Baldur von Schirach mentioned. What is your question regarding the book?

And this year, like every year since 1939, the first cultural celebration in Europe was the concert created by the Gauleiter of Vienna. Baldur v. Schirach…

Happy 2018

Interesting, thought not quite historically accurate. Since Baldur von Schirach was still the Reichsjugendfuhrer and not yet Gauleiter of Vienna. Schirach would not take that post until August of 1940.

One of them on his mother’s side going back to Arthur Middleton from South Carolina. I’ve visited the Middleton estate, quite nice.

Schirach was 3/4 American, and probably would have been a US politician if he had stayed in New York City and gotten a job as his mother had suggested.

Is this artacal worth anything

What article are you referring to anon? The Speer Playboy article I posted a while back is a good read, if that is what you are referencing. Also I think I've posted a few on Schirach and the Vienna philharmonic, or updates about looted artwork.
