I'm Cathy, a 38 year old mother of three who loves many fandoms and ships many couples. This is a place for me to fangirl over my favorite couples with other people who share my loves. I've not been involved in a fandom for several years, but I'd love to be again.... My favorite shows/fandoms (past and present), and the couples I have shipped the hardest (in no particular order): ARROW: Olicity baby!!; Buffy the Vampire Slayer & Angel: Buffy/Angel; Doctor Who: Nine/Rose, Ten/Rose; Harry Potter: Harry/Hermione; Divergent: Tris/Four; The Vampire Diaries (stopped watching after the first two seasons): Stefan/Elena (this was one of my favorite books series when I was a kid, and I think they ruined it, so I stopped watching), The Hunger Games, Supernatural (haven't watched since S5, but that was not on purpose); NCIS: Tony/Ziva; NCIS:LA: Kenzi/Deeks; Black Dagger Brotherhood: ALL the couples!; Outlander: Jamie/Clare (duh!); and The Flash. Will add more as I think of them.

Movie Maker

Quick request! My daughter is wanting to make a video to the song Boys of Fall for her football team, and we have two weeks to do it.  I thought I had a movie maker on my computer, but it must have been my old laptop. I’ve never been one for making videos so I hadn’t even realized my new(er) one doesn’t have it. I need suggestions for easy, free movie makers I can download onto my computer for her. She’s 14, and this is the first time (obviously) that she’ll be attempting this, so the easier to use the better. She’s used to using the iMovie maker on her iPad, but there is no way we can get all the pics we’re going to use moved from my computer to her iPad.

Happy (post-3x23 ficlet, Olicity)

Sunlight woke him.

Oliver groaned, squeezing his eyes shut to force the sun away but it persisted as it forced him awake. 

It was hot.

Oliver shifted, kicking the sheet off his legs, sighing in relief when the cool breeze coming off the ocean caressed his heated skin.

Eyes still closed, Oliver slowly slid an arm across the bed, fully expecting to find her warmth waiting for him; despite the day already starting to heat everything up, he wanted her warmth, wanted to bury his face in her neck, cuddle her into his arms… but the other side of the bed was empty.

Oliver patted the empty space for a second, the cold sheets feeling amazing against his hot skin before he forced one eye open.

He was alone.

Animals (Post 3x21, Olicity, Explicit)

Prompt from falconcranelove based on the song “Animals” by Maroon 5 for Felicity and Al Sah-him (which involved thoughts regarding the struggle of Oliver/Al Sah-him being similar to Angel/Angelus, which led to me writing my version of a dark, animalistic Al Sah-him).

A/N: I’m of the camp that Oliver is much more aware of what he’s doing as Al Sah-him than he is letting on - he’s super aware, ya’ll, it’s all part of the plan - but for the sake of this story, he’s still very much under a strong hallucinogen (because you can’t unmake someone like Oliver Queen in the blink of an eye without epic amounts of drugs).

Also, Oliver and the LOA don’t leave Starling right away after Nyssa is acquired - the jet takes time to fuel and stuff…
