people who try to get more attention on their fandom posts by separately tagging all the main characters regardless of each character's presence in the post are my worst enemies. if i want general series posts i will go to the series tag so if you specifically promise me images of my specialest little guy and you are lying to me i will be very upset

people need to realize that widely accepted headcanons are still just headcanons. They do not magically become canon because 95% of the fandom agree with you.

I once had someone tell me I needed to just accept a headcanon about a character I liked (but saw very differently) because it was so wildly popular that it was “practically canon” and, like, don’t do this??

It’s *still* just a headcanon.

i realize everyone thinks the crossing is pretty much the most depressing luka storyline there is, but hear me out: foreign affairs.

luka kovač is a hot mess and things have completely devolved in season nine. this human dumpster fire comes close to killing basically everyone he touches, and he’s sleeping with even more people than that. he drinks too much. he’s depressed. i’m pretty sure any qualified psychiatrist would be treating the guy for ptsd, but i am not a qualified psychiatrist so don’t quote me on that. besides, he refuses to talk to them. does he have any friends? does anyone give a shit? not really. kerry gives a shit, because she has to as his boss. he’s a liability, after all. maybe abby too, but all luka knows is, “it’s not about you […] do you even care?” and yes, luka cares. he cares a lot about his patients, that’s part of why he’s a disaster. sure, abby feels bad about saying this two seconds later, but she doesn’t tell him that or ask if he’s okay.

alright, fine. he doesn’t matter to abby, but no man is an island, right? except croatia has over 1,200 of them, so it may be reasonable to make an exception for luka.
