honestly i’ve been feeling a bit stuck here. i have muse for chouji and all, but idk. i’ve been thinking of moving to a new account.
relationships/friendships/etc. would still remain the same of course, but i’m thinking it might be easier to make myself actually do stuff if i’ve got a ~~fresh start.

Though he was an adult, the whine that escaped Chouji was decidedly juvenile, and he stared toward the lidded pot with a rather pitiful look on his face.
“It’s been cooking all day, hasn’t it? Shouldn’t it be ready by now?”
Despite his fussing, he didn’t dare lift the lid to check, fearing both a burn and a smack to his hand for touching what he had already been told to not touch several times already.
And he knew that even if the food wasn’t fully cooked, he wasn’t exactly… gifted when it came to cooking (the incident where part of a blender ended up embedded in the ceiling was more than enough proof of such), so there wasn’t much he could do to help.
“Fine… I’ll wait… But it’s not fair.”
”It is bigger than I imagined...” She trailed off, looking at the big bag that had just abandoned her bag. "Akimichi Chouji, is it not? If not, this would happen to be for him." She would not know, really. She had known others from the clan, but never that Chouji. //inuendo? what inuendo?
For a moment, Chouji didn't realize he was the one being spoken to, and as a result, didn't bother turning around. But when nobody responded to the comment, he glanced behind himself, spotting her.
What a bizarre-looking woman.
Bowing his head to her in apology, he approached, his head cocked just slightly to one side.
“I’m very sorry, ma’am; I didn’t think I was the one you were speaking to at first. But yes, that’s me. Did I accidentally leave something in your way?”
no, it’s for you! i heard your stomach growl, and misora-chan packed me an extra one..
“Y’sure?” he asked, glancing around and snatching a leaf from the ground, placing it in the book to mark his place. “ ‘cause if she packed an extra, she pro’lly meant for it to go to your tiger. Or--that’s what I’d guess, anyway.”

sliiides him a bento box. what? he looked a little hungry, and shinzo had an extra one.
Not really picking up on the fact that it was being offered to him, Chouji glanced up to Shinzo for a moment, then returned his gaze to a book he had been reading seconds before.
“Are you waiting for someone? ‘cause nobody has passed by here for a while.”
"Will you come to the market with me? I want to pick up a few things." And by a few things she meant an entire pig for roasting, which was why she needed him.
“Sure, if you want. I was thinking of going to pick up a few things anyway.”
Stares at him while wearing her cute salmon colored crab pajamas. She wants him to leave the papers in front of him for the morning and come to bed instead. "Come with me. You can't be thinking properly this late anyways," the blonde complained, her hair, already down for the night, hanging halfway in front of her face.
Little did she know, he had ended up dozing off earlier, only waking up--and lifting his face from the mess of papers in-front of him--moments before she entered the room.
“Eh? No... ‘m fine, Momo. I just gotta finish this stuff, ‘nd... ‘nd, uh...”
As his rather pitiful protests became increasingly faint with every word, he eventually set his head back down on the table, asleep once again.
