On how many countries does jelly jamm has been aired??? :O
150 countries all over the world!! :)
When we started developing Jelly Jamm all the action in the series was going to take place in a series of caves inside the planet. Later on in the procces we decided that instead of these caves we would have a whole planet inside another planet, the exterior cover acting as some kind of nutshell that protected the core where the kids, King, Queen and Dodos lived. This is one of the first concept arts we made to imagine how those caves would look. Pretty cool, right?
These are some designs we made for Mina and Bello's robots, the great Jammbobot! This is a work by Salba Conbe - http://salba-artbook.blogspot.com.es/
The one and only Belloni, the greatest magician in all of Jammbo!
This is a pretty old acting test for the Queen. We made this like 3 years ago, when we were still trying to find the characters identity :) Hope you enjoy it!
This is how you start a day in Jammbo style!!
This beautiful image was made by our artist Elaine Lugo and it was supposed to be used in the Jelly Jamm official website (http://www.jellyjamm.com), but it didn't happen! So here you have it to your viewing pleasure :)
Last tuesday we showed you a model sheet for the dodo bull, which was a reuse from a previous character, the White dodo. Here you have another character which also is a reuse but his time we used Goomo's model as the base for this character, the "Goomo-Hugs" doll.
You can see the differences in color, size and specially in the eyes, mouth and arms. Here you can also see a couple of poses references for its hands.
A model sheet for the dodo bull! The model sheets are a tool for the modelers and riggers to create the 3D characters and objetcs that the art team has designed in 2D.
This model sheet explains the character from the design and color point of view, there are others more focused in the movements the character has to be able to do, with animation and poses references.
This character is a partial reuse of a previous character, the White Dodo :)
One more example of the production process of Jelly Jamm. This time is a video with a scene's 3D layout and its final version :)

This is one of the different desing tests we did for Ongo, this one was, obviously, used to decide his final colors.
Yes, we know that he would have been just as cool as he is with any colour we put on him :)
This test was made by our concept artist Pedro Bascón - http://www.bascon-art.com/
One of the cutest dodos we've seen... and also one of the ones we won't see in the series. But, hey, here you have our tumblr to discover it ;)
This character is an original design of Pedro Bascón, concept artist in Jelly Jamm - http://www.bascon-art.com/
This is a design of the Queen's Garden and was used to produce the set in 3D.
