Hey Rosie,  What’s your earliest memories of watching Doctor Who?  One of my earliest memories is watching Doctor Who with my Dad- must have been in the late 70s.  I remember it came on after he came home from work. Me and my little brother sat in front of the TV, I remember each day watching Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, and finally 3-2-1 Contact. Then my Dad came home from work, and we would all watch Doctor Who -- a big curly hair’ed guy with a pretty girl, and a telephone booth.  I now know it was Tom Baker I was watching.  I have a faint memory of a couple episodes….one had a blob that consumed people—scared me half out of my wits!  Maybe I’ll try to find it on Amazon…and watch it again, all these years later, as a hoot!
