Been a rough few months. Keep waiting for the important people to notice but no one ever does. Everyone too caught up in their own problems that I tend to become a very distant thought.

Always been the kind of person who put my stuff aside for people I care about. (Blessing and a curse). I keep thinking I deserve this treatment because I give it but that never really happens

I guess it’s normal for people to shut me out when they got their own shit going on but it beats the fuck outta me since I’ve never been that way. It’s always the people closest to you too.

When my grandma got diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer 95 percent of my friends disappeared. But then I was getting prayers and donations from people I haven’t spoken to in years or at all.

When I got pregnant, 95 percent of my friends stopped passing by my house, stopped calling me, judged me. But people I least expected to show up were constantly checking up on me and anxiously waiting the arrival of my daughter.

Why does shit happen like that? Aren’t the people closest to you supposed to be present for these moments? How do some people look away when a person they care about is struggling?

I have never and don’t think I will ever be able to do that to anyone. Let it be my friend, or my man, I just can’t.

I wouldn’t change how I am. But I think that if you’re reading this, you should check up on someone you care about, or do something nice for someone. It’s soooo rewarding and you neverrrrr know how much positive impact you can have on someone.

People do you dirty and act like you don’t have the right to be hurt or feel some type of way on how they fucked you up emotionally and mentally.

The sooner you cut people who dont value your time, the sooner you find people who understand how important time is. You are what you accept
