This Chef is just wonderful. Pastry Chef Extraordinaire, Creative genius visually and conceptually - she is just an inspiration. Her ideas and the way she works with ingredients is just great to see. Its always exciting to see what she can come up with next. Very sad to see her go; was looking forward to her epic 'redemption' battle. Go Chef Elizabeth Falkner!
