Otakuthon 2016

Oh god this is so late

GREETINGS FANS AND FOLLOWERS!

My friend @pixlemm and I will be at Otakuthon in Montréal this year at Table #217 in the Artists’ Alley (near the restroom)! I will have volumes 1 and 2 of the Shin Megami Tensei Philosophy Anthology for sale for the last time, and my friend will have lots of great Pokémon, Pokémon Go, Nintendo and Persona things to sell, like buttons, prints and banners, among others!

Furthermore! We are doing panels this year!

Come see Pixle’sPersona World panel Friday at 9:30pm, and if you’re into Persona yaoi, stay for that panel right afterward! The next day, Saturday at 10pm, I will be hosting a Shin Megami Tensei 101 panel! Come find out about the series and find out which game(s) you should use to start your journey into the wonderful world of Megaten!

Panel: SMT101

Hello friends and Megaten fans! I will (probably) be hosting a Shin Megami Tensei 101 panel at Otakuthon in August, and thus I come to you all for advice!

If you were in the audience of my panel, what would you like to learn about in a SMT101 panel? What would you expect to learn? Think back on the days you had just gotten into Megaten. What would you have wanted to know back then?

Your answers will help me make the best Megaten panel possible!

Post-Otakuthon news

Thank you everyone who stopped by our table to talk about Megaten/Persona, and a special thanks to those who bought the anthology! You made my days at the convention less bleak (Murphy’s Law was out to get me).

I have updated and fixed the official site; the links to buy the anthologies should now work properly.

Finally, I will be taking a hiatus from this project this year, so there will be no new volume of the Megaten Philosophy Anthology in 2016. However, I will look into publishing the first two volumes of the anthology as ebooks for those who’d prefer to read them on electronic devices.

Volume 2 Now On Sale!

Hello Megaten and philosophy fans! The second volume of the Megaten Philosophy Anthology, Opium of the Masses, is now available for sale on Lulu.com! Check out the Store page for the direct link! Good news!

I just ordered a test print of the second volume of the Anthology! If it comes out fine, I’ll get the sales started!

In other news, I will be at Otakuthon in Montréal on August 7-9 in the Premium Artists’ Alley to sell both volumes of the anthology. Come say hi!
