✨ when you see something beautiful in someone, tell them. It may take a second to say, for them it could last a life time. ✨ got some RARE (and I mean rare) pics with normal clothes and my hair not in a ponytail. I finished class, had some killer workouts, and played the new Harry Potter game nonstop. ⚡️🤓 been pushing myself really hard in the gym and I’m finding that I’m crushing workouts that I previously would have shied away from.💁🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️ but this florida heat and humidity is creeping up on me tryin to make me 🤮 during workouts! Sometimes shit just feels heavy...put u gotta pick it up anyways 🤷🏾‍♀️ 💁🏾‍♀️ lifting is soooo mental. For me once I get to about 135 I start balking ..it’s not heavy nor is it anywhere near my PR but that’s where I start doubting and over thinking. Dudddddeeeee haven’t done front squats in a lonnngggg time but I’m proud to say that front squats are still bae lol 😍😍 {7 sets of 2 @ 205 then burn out with a max effort assault bike for calories and 100 body weight lunges} since I haven’t done these in a while there are a couple things I need to fix like my stance, making sure I activate my glutes, and driving my elbows up. #workinprogress #hardworkpaysoffs #datassthough (at Deep Blue Fitness)
